Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
TwinPrint ("we", "us") helps Etsy sellers turn their own physical print listings into digital download listings in their own shop. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data.
Who we are
TwinPrint is operated by Jan Sobrino. You can reach us at privacy@twinprint.app.
Information we collect
- Waitlist: when you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the date you signed up, so we can notify you when early access opens.
- When you connect your Etsy shop (once the product launches): you authorize TwinPrint through Etsy's official OAuth flow. We access only your own shop's listings (titles, tags, images, sections) needed to create the digital versions, and the artwork files you upload. We request the minimum Etsy permissions for that and nothing more.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP, browser) kept briefly for security and to keep the service running.
What we do NOT collect or do
- We do not access your sales, orders, or any of your buyers' personal data (we do not request that Etsy permission).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not publish or change anything in your Etsy shop without your explicit review and approval — every listing is created as a draft you confirm.
How we use your data
- To send you waitlist and product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To provide the service: read your selected listings, process the artwork you upload, prepare the draft digital listing, and publish it to your shop when you approve.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and database) and a third-party content-generation service used to draft suggested listing text that you review and edit before anything is published. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist closes. Artwork and listing data are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and within Etsy's API terms; we do not retain Etsy listing content longer than reasonably necessary.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@twinprint.app. You can disconnect TwinPrint from your Etsy shop at any time from your Etsy account settings.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for material changes, let waitlist members know by email.
